History

This puzzle is based on the ‘Archery Maze’ created in 1999 by Adrian Fisher (mazemaker.com) which has been reproduced in Maths Week 2012, in NCETM Primary and Early Years Magazine 54 and his book “Amazing Mazes”. Early Years might make you think this maze is easy to solve? No way. It is said to take 20 moves. Here it is if you would like to try. Good luck!
